At TraDigery, beginning with our roots as Heishman-Flillard, we have a long and pronounced history of philanthropy and global giving.

Our cutting edge, strategically strategic initiatives have included “Photoshopping for the Philippines,” “White Papers for White People,” “URLs for Uganda,” and just last year, our highly touted “Online Optimism for Orphans” program which earned us three Golden Lion awards at Cannes.

Indeed, TraDigery’s record of strategic philanthropy is unmatched.

Today, we are proud to introduce our newest, cutting edge and strategically digital pro-bono initiative.

We call it, very simply, “Public Relations Without Borders.”

We’ll be bringing tradigital Twitter strategies to the poor and impoverished worldwide.

Our slogan for the program: “You’re only 140 characters from your next meal.”

And as always, you’re welcome.

TraDigery recently pulled in another plum piece of new business: The New Mexican Revolutionary Monetary Fund that aids Mexican immigrants living in New Mexico – said to be cleaner than regular Mexico – who are working towards reasonable and more sensual immigration solutions as well as Second Amendment strategies as they relate to the right to bear arms and feet.

And at TraDigery — we work hard and play hard. So when we got the news of victory, this is how SVP Barry Bifferstein showed his TradDigeration.

We couldn’t help but notice PRNewsr’s recent coverage for the study of stressful jobs for 2012 and the leaders of our industry, the PR executive, finished only seventh!

How ridiculous!

Our industry and those who practice in it should be saluted as the stress-relievers we are – all the happy stories we tell make life happier for Americans, not more stressful!

Consider our space to be the happiest place on earth.

We’d like to see a story about that — all the good stories, facts and statistics we PR executives provide for Americans.

The best thing that has ever happened to our country is the explosion of blogs and websites who take our press releases unfettered and deliver them to readers who are dying for stories like “$40 Billion Pet Industry Goes Green!,” “Southern Missouri Who’s Who Selects Local Man for Membership!” and “Survey Finds Exclamation Points Increase Sales!”

Let’s celebrate our PR executives and all the hard work they do that puts a smile on your face, a spring in your step and an exclamation point up your headline!

We have low great expectations and ambitions of transforming Heishman-Flillard TraDigery into a multi-platform media [...]

We have low great expectations and ambitions of transforming Heishman-Flillard TraDigery into a multi-platform media organization. Many of you have seen the changes throughout our 57 offices with the exciting addition of the television studio in our Newark, Delaware office, and soon-to-launch TraDigery Strategic Communications Communicators Academy For Strategic & Dynamic Communications Strategy.

Lauren Heishman

These endeavors have caused some to be really pissed off comment and question what such changes mean to the future of the TraDigery, which is stupid.

We believe that entering into new markets and attracting different audiences are critical ingredients to ensure success and longevity into the future. It is indeed imperative that we change in order to thrive. Making changes and attracting new audiences will allow us to re-invest in our personal expense accounts TraDigery and transition the firm into a source of thought leadership, news, information and entertainment that will be welcomed by our clients for years to come.

However, with change, comes change. Some of the changes that you will see and experience going forward are:

There will be different content standards on different media platforms.

Dungarees will only be permitted in the office on Sundays.

We will be focusing our Integral Dynamics Strategic Social Practice Group on the full lifestyles of our clients’ audiences, branching into areas that have not traditionally been part of modern communications strategy, such as designer drug use, bordellos, and roller derby, which will push many of us beyond our traditional comfort zones. These are important parts of the current and perpetually changing media scene, and we intend to be a part of them.

Skill Sets – As the company changes, the skill sets of those associated with producing content will also change. You may be out of a job tomorrow. Who’s to say?

As we branch into new areas, we will be hiring individuals based on different criteria than we did in the past (i.e.: non-white people, people who like to use Twitter a lot, rabid texters, etc.).

Content producers need to be proficient in and produce in a multiplatform environment.

Training – This week we are launching training for existing employees. Going forward, performance criteria will look different than they do today, based on the different areas of media.

Most Importantly, here’s what’s not changing: our Evidence-based-Evidence oriented approach and culture.

Our business model and our content all are changing, but our expectations for the comportment of our employees are not. We are always courteous and open-minded, accommodating with our customers, and respectful and professional with one another. We strive to set an example as a great workplace that challenges all employees to fulfill their highest potential.

Our hope is that everyone will come onboard, embrace the changes of the new landscape, and be a part of our future. We somewhat depend on you.

You’re welcome!

July 5, 2011 (Greenville Development, Del.) – The world’s leading strategic independent marketing communications, public relations, social media and advertising firm has a new name.

Heishman-Flillard is now TraDigery.

Originally founded as 1967 by Herve’ Flillard and Ronaldo Heishman, TraDigery serves a broad array of clients including former Presidential candidate Michael Dukakis, the U.S. Federal Emergency Management Agency, Eastern Airlines, the television program Blues Clues, the Government of Panama, Habitat For Humanity, the Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints, among others.

“Today we become TraDigery,” said Lauren Heishman, TraDigery’s Chief Executive Presidential Digital Strategic Knowlegation Officer of Strategic Digitial Strategy. “And while the Heishman name will live on through our foundation protecting blind infant mules, it was time. TraDigery better reflects our trademarked blend of traditional-digital-strategery that our firm has been hailed worldwide as providing more strategicalistically and tradigitially than another other agency.”

The firm, which recently announced a structural and title realignment, has been hailed by O’Dwyers PR, PRNewsr, AdAge, The New York Times, L. Ron Hubbard, and most recently, Life Magazine, as the most strategic, powerful and award winning traDigital force in dynamically developed, strategic, powerful and award winning tradigital programs in public relations, social media, digital word of mouth marketing, direct mail, advertising, mobile marketing, website development, e-mail marketing, internal communications, business-to-consumer communications, business-to-business communications, labor communications, crisis management, graphic design, event management, public affairs, investor relations services, sandwich board marketing, strategic facsimile broadcasting, dynamic singing telegrams, telemarketing, door to door, guerrilla marketing, and customer service.

Scoffing at a recent announcement by fledgling public relations agency GolinHarris, which leaked its organizational [...]

Scoffing at a recent announcement by fledgling public relations agency GolinHarris, which leaked its organizational shakeup after receiving an advance facsimile regarding Heishman-Flillard’s similar, yet more strategic and digital effort, H-F today announced a shakeup in its structure and title nomenclature.

The changes include the disappearance of traditional titles like “Low Man On The Totem Pole” and “Worthless Intern,” to be replaced by new titles like “Lowest Form of Life” and “Needless Intern.”

“Our commitment to a TraDigitalTM future have always been strong,” said Lauren Heishman, H-F’s Chairwoman and Chief Executive Strategic Knowlegation Officer. “That’s why we’re in the top three of strategic digital global marketing communications and public relations firms.”

The reorganization is primarily meant to transition employees from working as generalists to being designated as one of four types of specialists:

TraDigerists;

Strategerists;

Evidence-Based-Evidenciaries;

Double Strategerists.

Ms. Heishman referred to the agency’s strategy as “purposeful TraDigiVolving,” as in “intentional TradDigitVolving,” to address client needs as they change in response to the new behaviors among consumers. She also said her title will change to Chief Executive Presidential Digital Strategic Knowlegation Officer of Strategic Digitial Strategy.

“We’re reorganizing around the areas that are important to our clients — areas that are not perceived as strengths in public relations: digital, strategy, being dynamic, more digital, diversity, and evidence-based-evidenceTM.”

You’re welcome.

“This morning we had an earnest conference call with Ms. Palin, her husband Todd, and someone named ‘Rollo’,” said Lauren Heishman, Chairwoman and Chief Executive Strategic Knowlegation Officer of Heishman-Flillard Global Communications. “There is no wrong or right, but we came to the realization that our two organizations of notable intellectual capacity were heading down different pathways.”

Several points of diversion, according to Ms. Heishman, included:

While HF wanted Palin to appear in only crisply tailored pants-suits, she wanted to “keep it real” and include ensembles that included Capri pants, tank-tops, and night gowns.

Although Palin’s Twitter account had, since its creation, been populated by HFer Bill Brockwood, Palin felt she should take over day-to-day operation of it in order to send better photos to young supporters.

While Palin has been mulling a convergence to the Jehovah’s Witness faith, HF has strongly suggested she accept a more militant form of the Muslim doctrine.

While HF has pushed Palin to publicly urge President Barack Obama to put more panda meat on U.S. menus, she has instead chosen to focus on eliminating reality television programming insisting that it is not, in fact, realistic.

Palin has urged Congress to build hardened military barriers along the U.S.-Canadian borders while HF has suggested she adopt an anti-Israel platform.

Ms. Heishman said that the firm will continue to work with Palin until July 4, helping to plan Palin’s bi-continental Fourth of July “Most American Presidential Candidate” event in Cancun and London, and at that time, Palin would announce a replacement AOR.

Our country, founded by moderates on conservative principles and the fight for freedom, must confront the challenges of the 21st century with integrity, innovation, modern dance and determination.
As the leading voice in the public relations, social media, advertising, marketing communications, direct mail, [...]

As the leading voice in the public relations, social media, advertising, marketing communications, direct mail, and sandwich board marketing communities – today I am announcing that I have laid the groundwork for a nationwide “Strategic ListentalkeningTM” tour, beginning this weekend in the nation’s capital, which is Washington, D.C.

Lauren Heishman Will ListenTalkening

The strategic communications field is at a critical turning point. As we look to the future, we are propelled by the industry’s past. It’s imperative that we connect with our founders, our patriots, our challenges and victories — whether in person or via Chatroulette – to clearly see our way forward. A good way to do this is to appreciate the significance of our industry’s historic sites — like Leslie Dach’s bedroom — and patriotic events and diverse cultures, which we’ll do in the coming weeks on our “Strategic ListentalkeningTM” tour, to be broadcast live on MySpace.

As I come to each city and visit colleagues at agencies big and small, we’ll celebrate the good things that bring strategic communications professional together; those things that will give us the needed strength to meet the heady challenges ahead. I’ve said many times that our industry doesn’t need a “fundamental transformation,” instead we need a restoration of all that is good and strong and free in strategic communications. So, together let’s prepare ourselves for the days ahead by reminding ourselves who we are and what public relations professionals stand for.

We’ll celebrate the meaning of our PRSA bloodlines and blueprints, teach our friends at Burson-Marsteller a thing or two about transparency, sing hymnals from our Declaration of Independence — The AP Style Guide — as these are the threads that weave our past into the fabric necessary for the survival of communications exceptionalism.

Our founders declared “we were born the heirs of freedom,” and despite our difficulties and disagreements, we remain one industry under the Mormon Church in freedom, indivisible. Through Skype, visits to historical sites and patriotic events, and postings on Facebook and Twitter, we’ll share the importance of our industry’s foundation.

We encourage you to support the pro-public relations events we’ll be privileged to participate in during these coming weeks. Discover the ties that bind professional communicators, our history, our traditions, and the exceptional nature of our industry!

You’re welcome.
